Last week we hosted the 2nd Transnational Project Meeting for the Erasmus+ Shape Your Future Project in Dublin!
Our partners from across Europe joined us on the 25th and 26th November to discuss the project calendar and outputs.
Shape Your Future TPM 2
During the Shape Your Future TPM 2, we assessed the 1st year of the project and the materials created so far. We are proud to report that the project is running smoothly despite the pandemic situation, and that we created many useful materials for youth workers and young people about employment. They will be available on the SYF platform!
SYF Online Platform
The platform will offer the possibility for users (young people, youth workers, as well as employers, companies, NGOs and public institutions) to create an account with their CV, view opportunities (jobs, volunteering, internships etc.) and receive notifications according to the selected options.
The platform will be officially launched at the end of December 2021, and we are preparing another output: a free mobile application connected to the platform!
SYF Future Mobilities
We will be also planning other mobilities next year as part of the project! The calendar includes 2 mobilities for youth workers in Spain and Romania and 1 youth exchange for young people about employability in Romania!

About The Project
Shape Your Future aims at the social inclusion of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and their integration into the labour market. The project also targets youth workers and responds to the challenges of working online with youth. Among the tools developed during the project will be an online platform, an application and a handbook. These will help young people find existing opportunities on the labour market and develop entrepreneurial skills. There will also be training courses and job shadowing internships, exchanges of experience and events to promote the project results.
