In June, partners from Romania, Italy, Poland and Bulgaria met in Romania for the 2nd COOLture TPM! This transnational project meeting was hosted by our coordinator AXA BBC in Constanta and was useful to move forward with the project!
The COOLture project
The COOLture among young people project aims at the long-term preservation of Europe’s cultural heritage through the promotion, awareness, intercultural cooperation and commitment of stakeholders and youth NGOs. This 2-year project focuses on cultural education by creating a range of tools available to the public and implementing training. As a final result, the project will raise awareness of the importance of cultural heritage in the lives of young people by creating international tools and actions in all 5 countries.
Day 1 – TPM
On the first day, we reviewed the status and content of the COOLplatform developed throughout the project. The coordinator also presented the toolkit containing non-formal education methods created during the transantional mobilites and local activities. This will be available both online and in printed version for youth workers to use! We also discussed the other materials to develop and include in the platform, app and toolkit, such as the tour routes.
Day 2 – TPM
On the second day, we reviewed the COOLapp that will include interesting content for young people about places to visit! We also discussed the plan for dissemination of project results and detailed a calendar for the next activities. These include a 5 day mobility in Bulgaria at the end of August!
It was great to meet our partenrs again in-person for this 2nd COOLture TPM and thanks to our coordinator for hosting us!
