2018 Call For Participants!

HAWP Project is happy to announce the approval of our partner “Youth Vision’s” Erasmus+ project “Youth Workers Engaged To Prevent The Radicalisation of Young People” & are looking for up to 3 participants to take part in the forthcoming training activity.

The 1-week training activity will take place in Eforie Nord (Constanta County), Romania from the 7 – 14 September 2018 & will be hosted by our partner YOUTH VISION.

The project aims to address youth radicalization by offering training on understanding the phenomenon of radicalization, on prevention strategies and methods to be used and also by fostering cooperation between key actors.

OBJECTIVES:

✓ Equip 24 youth workers from 8 partner countries with organizational abilities, resources/methods and required competencies on youth inclusion, social cohesion, intercultural dialogue, integration and conflict management;

✓ Contribute to the recognition and visibility of good practice and new methods/strategies used to fight youth radicalization, reached through the development of a “Youth Workers engaged to prevent radicalization of young people” Guide;

✓ Raise awareness about the radicalization of young people in 8 local communities through specific actions like public meetings, roundtables with interested actors in each community.

Social Entrepeneurship Erasmus HAWP

Youth Vision Association took birth in the project “0 Discrimination, 100% Participation!” project funded by Youth in Action Program. Youth Vision aims to be a cohesive and dynamic space, creating educational, cultural, social and recreational projects that promote its mission, values and goals. The projects and mobilities promoted by the Youth Vision Association are destined to every citizen and can take place on a local, national and international level, taking advantage of partnerships and networks with other public and private organisations. Any citizen, regardless of age, gender, occupation, race and nationality can become a participant of mobilities/projects that Youth Vision implements/is partner. Youth Vision intends to offer to the participants/volunteers of other countries the chance to have vocational orientation and/or labour experience to improve their capacities, to acquire knowledge – making to be initiated in a professional career and to reach the success.

Youth Vision Association provides assistance and services in the field of education, economic and social development, promotes human rights and democracy and offers consulting and training services to organizations and individuals in the field of entrepreneurship, social economy, informal qualifications, vocational education and training, through forums, conferences/seminars, collaboration with other institutions and other such activities. Youth Vision has implemented a number of local activities, with a focus on inclusion for vulnerable youth.
