From 18th to 22nd April 2022, participants from partner organisations went to Constinenti, Romania for the Erasmus+ Mobility Training Course!
As part of the Shape your Future project, the activities were hosted by Youth Vision, the coordinator, and involved youth workers from Ireland, Poland, Portugal and Spain!
About The Project
Shape Your Future aims at the social inclusion of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds and their integration into the labour market. The project also targets youth workers and responds to the challenges of working online with youth. The online platform, application and handbook will help young people find opportunities on the labour market and develop entrepreneurial skills.
About The Mobility
This Erasmus+ Mobility Training Course focussed on the use of innovative digital tools, practices and methods in youth work. Our participants took part in exciting and upskilling activities, including workshops and NGO’s visits! They also helped create new non-formal methods for youth workers and pilot the project’s platform, which will be available soon!

What’s next?
There will be 1 last mobility coming up and that is the Youth Exchange for young people! We are also planning more mobilities for other Erasmus projects, so stay tuned on our HESL FB page for any news!
